“There is a joy in pattern and colour that cannot simply be described, it is to be felt, to be experienced, to be remembered.” – Jennifer Bartley
I am a pattern maker and illustrator, working across the mediums of illustration, collage and printmaking. My style is eclectic, taking inspiration from my everyday environment; focusing on florals, abstract textures, bold shapes and vivid colours. I design and produce playful and vibrant contemporary patterns for wearable statement pieces, which are created with the intention to uplift and evoke a sense of joy and adventure for those who view and wear them.
Following graduation, I will launch my business, designing and selling my work, alongside the continual development of my creative practice and portfolio, focusing on surface pattern design.
