Dance brings people together, it allows our uniqueness to shine through and within my practice I strive to background labels, class, ethnicity and gender and foreground moving bodies, creative minds, collaborative making and allowing personalities to express themselves.

This approach to movement has been a focal point within my enquires with both 2nd year essay and 3rd year dissertation investigating how the approach can be applied and beneficial within the sports world.
