About me

I’m a multi-disciplinary artist, my work centres around archival materials and has a focus on issues such as mental health, feminism and the male gaze.

Opportunities to collaborate with other artists during my time in Singapore and Berlin has allowed me to expand my knowledge and artistic values.

My work is based on the idea that it can invoke social change. This is very important to me as an artist.

I'm heavily inspired by female artists such as Marlene Dumas, Marina Abramovic and Hannah Hoch. The Dada movement also is an inspiration to me as it is comical but its contextualised work is provocative in the way in which I want my work to be viewed. Joseph Beuys, another inspiration, has let me explore my relationship to nature and interaction with insects and other forms of life.
