About me

Having completed my undergraduate studies in 2019 I decided to move straight onto the Masters course at UCLan alongside working in practice.

The Nationaal Autisme Centrum is a national centre for autism in the Netherlands with a triad of functions: Education, Therapy and Diagnosis. The education aspect strives to educate society on autism in general and how people can accommodate for them in their lives. The second function; therapy, is the largest portion of the centre with most autistic people needing regular therapy to be able to integrate into our society as successfully as possible. Finally, people from all over the Netherlands will be able to come to the centre for diagnosis without needing to go through the lengthy referral processes.
