About me
I take pride in my models and hand drawn sketches and I am also very proud to be studying architecture where I can be my creative self and help make changes through design. My hobbies include drawing, hiking, exercising and photography.
For my final project of 3rd year I designed a community centre situated in a area of Southport called Churchtown. Here I extended upon the back of an already existing local pub to connect it to the community bowling green. This allowed me to provide more for the community and the existing users whilst making the addition of more amenities. This project has taught me how to connect better with the community through architecture, how to help space flow better and the importance of contrast between old and new and how existing buildings are important for heritage and sustainability reasons.
