I am a ceramic sculptor focusing on abstract and figurative forms, based in St Anne’s Lancashire. Inspired by Arte Útil, i aim to make a difference with my own artworks.

Anonymous Harm
Within this project I have put the focus on representing the overwhelming scale of violence against women and how common it is to feel alone as a victim, based on personal experience. Each of my sculptures represent an individual woman who has gone through horrific circumstances and often feels alone. But on a bigger scale you can see that the victims aren’t alone and shouldn’t suffer in isolation. With there being hidden symbols, conversations, groups and scenarios throughout the artwork it brings a subtle sense of unionship between victims.
