I’m a fashion designer with a background in personal styling and image consultancy from Pearl Academy, Bangalore. Growing up surrounded by Indian textiles and art forms like block printing and blue pottery, I developed a strong connection to storytelling through craft and colour. Before studying at UCLan, I worked as a freelance stylist and ran a handmade gifting business, which strengthened my eye for detail, personalisation, and visual identity.
My design work often blends traditional Indian techniques with modern, wearable silhouettes, reflecting both my heritage and a contemporary sensibility. As an artist, I’m drawn to nostalgic narratives, feminine aesthetics, and slow, sustainable practices. I view fashion as a way to communicate memory, identity, and culture—and in my final projects as an undergraduate I aim to create pieces that feel both personal and timeless

THROUGH THE YEARS
'Through the Years' captures the essence of Rajasthani heritage, blending traditional Indian craftsmanship with a fresh, contemporary perspective. Inspired by the vibrant hues of blue pottery, delicate floral motifs, and the timeless scalloped forms of jharokha architecture, the collection tells a deeply personal story. Prints influenced by the wall paintings I created with my mother inspire my designs with a nostalgic and emotional depth.
This collection reimagines age-old techniques such as block printing, Kantha stitching, and hand dyeing to craft modern, wearable pieces. Simple yet refined silhouettes such as A-line skirts, maxi dresses, and flowing ensembles, bring to life my creative intentions offering a harmonious blend of heritage and modernity. Every element reflects my journey—from childhood memories of painting pottery to honouring Rajasthan’s artistry in a way that feels relevant and globally appealing. My Through the Years fashion collection bridges tradition and innovation, inviting wearers to embrace timeless craftsmanship in their everyday lives.
