About

My work presented here is a culmination of my past three years studying architecture. Throughout this time, I have gained an appreciation for the tectonic resolution of a design and come to understand my primary interest of wanting to focus on sustainable design that positively impacts the community where it resides, whether that be by aesthetics or function. My ambitions for the future are leaning towards residential design as I am really interested in creating modern houses that emphasise the concept of a “home” where the architecture complements the everyday experiences of home life.

Project overview

Made In Fleetwood

This is my final project for my architecture bachelor's degree, where I was tasked with the brief of creating a public maker space. I decided to create a workshop for the creative purposes of screen printing, and I chose an existing vacant building in the centre of Fleetwood's busiest street to bring new life into the town.
