About
I have always loved video games and have been interested in how they are created since I was young. My passion began when I convinced my art teacher to let me produce a game for my Art GCSE, which I continued to work on independently throughout lockdown. Exploring new ways to express ideas to an audience has always been something I enjoy.
While in high school, a teacher recommended that I go to the Women in Games conference at the University of Lancashire. This experience was a huge eye-opener for me; I learned a great deal about the course and had the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals. From that moment, I was certain that I wanted to pursue game design at the University of Lancashire.
This course enabled me to learn new methods for creating high-quality, fun, and creative levels. Throughout my 3 years on the course, I learned how to produce work to a professional level, developed skills that will allow me to access a career within the industry, and made memories and connections to last a lifetime.
