I am a photographer with a passion for capturing moments whether through conceptual experimentation or the savoured moments of family life. While my degree show work explores creative and experimental approaches to photography, my core practice is rooted in children and family portraiture. Specialising in studio photography, I focus on preserving the moments that families hold close. From a child's unfiltered joy to the quiet connection between loved ones, I create images that feel genuine. My goal is to provide families with something they can treasure whether the images end up in a photo album or on the wall. This project has allowed me to step outside of my professional practice and experiment with different visual concepts and techniques. I believe that staying creatively curious enhances my work and helps me grow not just as a photographer, but as a storyteller.

I'm Still Here 'Her'
I’m Still Here dives into the unsettling space between dreams and reality, where the boundaries of both blur, leaving a haunting sense of uncertainty. The project combines dark, cinematic photographs and a narrative that explores themes of isolation, memory, and the feeling of being trapped between two worlds. ‘Her’ inspired by the genre of gothic noir. Shot in eerie, dimly lit nightscapes, the image reflects a world where time is distorted, and figures in the background serve as ghostly remnants of a reality that does not feel tangible. The short story that accompanies the visuals follow an individual, guided by something unknown. The sense that something intangible is at play creates an uneasy atmosphere. This mirrors the photograph, where the snapshot feels trapped between a dreamlike unreality and a broken version of the real world. The image evokes the feeling of being stuck in a dream, where the rules are unclear, shadows stretch unnaturally, and nothing feels quite as it should.
